Exchange & Return Policy

At Parul Jewels, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted with care and attention to detail. As a small and growing brand, we follow a strict quality check process before dispatching any order.

Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Jewellery Products

Exchange / Return is accepted ONLY if:

  • The product received is damaged, broken, or incorrect
  • You inform us within 24 hours of delivery
  • A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video is shared as proof
  • The product is unused and in original packaging

Unboxing video is mandatory for any claim.

Refund Policy

  • We offer a 5-day return window from the date of delivery
  • A ₹100 return handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount

Refunds are issued only in cases where replacement is not possible.

Approved refunds will be processed as:

  • Store credit (preferred), or
  • Original payment method (5–7 business days)

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

  • If the issue is from our side, we will bear the return shipping cost
  • For other approved returns, a ₹100 return fee will apply
  • Products sent back without prior approval will not be accepted

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
  • ParulJewls reserves the right to cancel any order due to suspicious activity, stock unavailability, or verification issues

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards or promotional items

Incorrect Address

If a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, Parul Jewels is not responsible for delivery failure or loss.

Important Notes

  • Products must be unused and in original condition
  • Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted
  • Parul Jewels reserves the right to approve or reject any request after verification
